does not remove amc_rb_mrtmac.pkg auto down load and apple help pop up

After uninstalling Google Chrome with Clean My Mac 3 and reinstalling Google Chrome, the pop up and auto down load continued. Frustrated, down loaded this app. Still the pop up and the auto down load in Chrome. Help! No link to contact the developer. Very dis appointed.
